These are some tips to help make your shopping experience as simple as possible:
- If there are any Restrictions, please specify what they are (i.e., dietary, allergy) in the Comment Section of the Order Form.
- For gifts that are to be hand delivered, please include the recipient's telephone number. We call ahead to ensure that someone will be there to receive the delivery.
- If you would like a delivery or shipping date other than the next day, please specify that in the Comment Section.
- Allow extra time during the month of December for deliveries and shipments.
- We do not ship chocolate products from May through September.
PAYMENT
We accept Mastercard, VISA, Discover and Paypal. Corporate accounts may apply for terms.
SALES TAX
North Carolina residents are charged 7.75% sales tax. All orders being shipped or delivered to a North Carolina address will also be charged a 7.75% tax (state law).
DELIVERY
Free local delivery to Angier, Fuquay-Varina, Holly Springs, Kipling, and Willow Spring. A delivery fee of $12 will be charged for all other areas. See below for delivery areas by city name and zip code. Minimum order for delivery outside our local free area is $25. All single orders received by the close of business will be delivered the next business day. ** (Allow extra time during the month of December.) Call us for delivery on multiple items or special requests.
DELIVERY AREAS
We deliver to the following areas for a $12 delivery fee:
Apex (27502), Benson (27504), Buies Creek (27506), Cary (27511, 27512, 27513, 27518, 27519), Clayton (27520), Coats (27521), Dunn (28334, 28335), Erwin (28339), Four Oaks (27524), Garner (27529), Lillington (27546), Morrisville (27560), Raleigh - Downtown and Southern (27601, 27602, 27603, 27604, 27605, 27606, 27607, 27608), Smithfield (27577).
We deliver to the following hospitals for a $15 delivery fee:
Western Wake, Wake Medical Center, Rex Hospital and Johnston Health (formerly Johnston Memorial Hospital). Please make sure the recipient is still admitted as a patient before ordering.
SHIPMENT
Shipping is available in the continental United States. We are proud to ship to all APO/FPO addresses. Charges are added at checkout. There will be an added charge for incorrect or incomplete addresses that need to be rerouted. We do not ship chocolate products from May through September. All single orders received by the close of business will be shipped the next business day. ** (Allow extra time during the month of December.) We cannot guarantee the delivery times of any carrier.
DAMAGES
We take great care in ensuring that your gifts are properly packaged for shipment. If an item is damaged during shipping, please report it to us within 3 business days. Please save all products and shipping materials as the carriers will require that for a refund.
SUBSTITUTIONS
We reserve the right to substitute products of equal or greater value if a specific product becomes unavailable.

If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within ten business days for a refund or credit. We will require the product be returned to us before a replacement or refund is issued.
